Falcon Sister Group is a comprehensive training and human resources solutions company based in Kabul, Afghanistan, with on-the-ground seasoned personnel and in-country experience.   Falcon Sister Group is committed to training and empowering women in Afghans, Afghanistan’s most valuable resource, to courageously lead in new ways. 
Our mission is to inspire and develop women leaders in the communities who influence people and systems.  We believe that it is Afghans themselves who will create solutions for the significant challenges they face.
Our trainings are motivating women to become in depended through the sewing classes and handy craft workshops.  We also help them to find their  niche market and be become a successful business woman.
Falcon Sister Groups believe that no nation or people are beyond the hope of experiencing genuine transformation.   No one knows how long the window of opportunity will be open, but we are convinced that what we bring to this nation is making a difference.   We believe the key is in empowering Afghan women to see themselves as part of the solution to the present conditions that exist around them.  At FSG, trainers get to ask questions and create at an atmosphere that allows participants to experience a shift in their mindsets through self-discovery.

Leadership & Business Skills Trainer Maria was born in Afghanistan, and left the country in 1983 for Western Australia (Perth). In 1993 she studied business and obtained a Diploma in Business with Technical & Further Education. She then started her own business through the Australian Business Enterprise Scheme (incubator) and won the best business award. She started her business with $1,000.00 investment and sold it after two years for $82,500.00. In 2000 Maria opened her second business helping Afghan refugee women with a vision for business to succeed in starting and operating their own businesses. By the end of two months she joined the incubator staff. As project manager, she interviewed candidates, mentored women and organized workshops. Maria returned to Afghanistan at the beginning of 2011 and immediate began training and coaching leaders with SRS. She is a native Dari speaker, and proficient in Urdu, English and Pashto.
