Nancy Johnson is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Optimyze- an internationally recognized, award-winning advisory services firm to leading global brands, retailers and manufacturers focusing on all aspects of developing, sourcing and executing product in fashion and consumer products industries since December 1997.
Optimyze has provided business analysis, change management, technology selection and process optimization solutions to customers, to decrease costs, enhance innovation, and increase speed to market.
Ms. Johnson built her career (1986-1997) at House of Design, Calvin Klein and Warnaco, with various wholesale and retail experiences in between. She has held Director and management level positions relating to product design and development, sourcing, supply chain and technology. As an educator, Ms. Johnson is a past adjunct professor at FIT, and is a frequent public speaker and author on Product Lifecycle Management and process optimization.

Maryann Andacic has an extensive and diverse product driven knowledge with over 20 years of experience in the Fashion Footwear, Apparel and Accessories Industries.
Currently lecturing at RMIT as part of the Fashion and Textiles Masters Program on Fashion Forecasting. Also previously at Melbourne School of Fashion to the Cert IV Retail Management (Fashion Business) Students on Buying and International Purchasing.
Responsibilities have ranged through Buying, Product Management and Development and Senior Management Leadership roles leading to experience in:

- Extensive Overseas and Local Market Sourcing knowledge in both apparel and accessories
- Thorough understanding of the importance of brand identity and philosophy to ensure success and continued presence in market place
